 How can I get a Catalog?
 This is our most commonly asked question. This is like 
					asking for a Catalog from GM,  Lamborghini is no 
					different.  Lamborghini has been in business since the 
					early 1950's and they do have some parts for the early cars 
					left which are available online 24 hours a day from our 
					website.  You however need a parts manual to help 
					ensure you get the right part you need.  Lamborghini 
					does not offer a "Catalog" per se however this is the 
					purpose of the Parts Manuals.  Lamborghini stocks over 
					20,000 Different items.  There is simply not a way to 
					catalog all of these parts in one catalog nor would it be 
					very productive.  There are many parts that are used on 
					several different models and years.  If you need 
					specific parts for a repair we HIGHLY recommend purchasing a 
					Parts manual prior to your ordering.  We can look up 
					part numbers for you however for multiple items this is a 
					very tedious and time consuming task and the more you can 
					help us the better we can serve you.  We still suggest purchasing a parts catalog for your vehicle as 
				you are not permitted to download or print the online images, 
				however this system should aid in your search. Note* there 
				are over 60,000 hand entered part numbers. We offer this search 
				as a guide only. You are responsible for ordering the correct 
				item with the correct part number. We also hold no 
				responsibility for incorrectly entered items. Which means you 
				really should buy your own parts manual!
 
 
 Labor Reimbursement
 As a parts distributor we see our goal as providing 
				every customer with the parts/services you need.  
                    				No Limits Solutions, LLC (Lambostuff & 
				Bullstuff) does not 
				manufacture or rebuild parts. We are distributors of these parts 
				and services. If you receive a part that is DOA (Dead on 
				Arrival) or if you have a certified rebuilt part that fails or 
				leaks, you have 5 days to notify Lambostuff so that we can 
				assess the problem and take appropriate actions to correct the 
				situation. Unfortunately, as with most companies, we can not be 
				responsible for any labor reimbursement or costs associated with 
				installing, uninstalling, testing or any other cost outside the 
				actual purchase price from Lambostuff. There are simply too many 
				factors that we have no control over. If you have any questions 
				regarding a part or this policy, you need to contact a 
				Lambostuff staff member prior to placing an order. It is your 
				responsibility as a purchaser, to read and understand our policy 
				and to clarify any questions before placing an order.
 
				
					Where do you get your parts?
 Our OEM parts are ordered from Lamborghini, our aftermarket items are 
                    manufactured either by us or an affiliate.
 
				Are your parts New and 
				Original?YES All parts are brand new factory parts unless 
					otherwise specified.
 How do I know if parts are 
				sold in pairs or have more than one Qty?ALL parts are sold by Lamborghini in quantity 1 (ONE) unless 
				specified in the title or description.
 
 Do you need a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to order 
                    from Lambostuff?
 No, unless you are ordering a cut key or programmed remote, 
				or the part description specifies it. However if you are ordering a part for your 
                    Lamborghini we highly recommend supplying that as there are 
                    no refunds on special or out-of-stock orders.
 
 What parts can you get from Lamborghini?
 We can supply any original OEM part.  We have part 
                    manuals from all the Lamborghini Countach, and Diablo 
                    models.  Parts for older models are becoming scarce so 
				parts for 20 year old cars are more difficult to find.  If you have an older Lamborghini or a new 
                    Murcielago we can still get the parts ordered for you, 
                    however you will need to verify Lamborghini's part number as 
                    we are not responsible for the "wrong" item ordered if it is 
                    the wrong part.
 
 How long will it take to receive my order?
 Typically a few days if the item is in stock and you are in 
				the USA, however if we 
                    must order the item for you it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks 
                    depending on customs.  Lamborghini does offer an 
				expedition service where we typically see the order within 10 to 
				14 days, however this option is more expensive. During checkout 
				you will have this option you can accept or decline. If your item is on 
                    backorder we will notify you immediately and provide you 
                    with your options. Please note shipping is completely out of 
				our hands until the parts arrive from Lamborghini. These 
				shipping times are typical estimates ONLY. Variables such as stock in 
				Italy, Customs and the shipping company we are receiving from 
				all play a factor in the speed of the order. Please do not email 
				us asking about the status of your order everyday.  This 
				will only delay your order.  As soon as your part arrives 
				we will ship it out to you and email you a tracking number.
 
 What is your refund policy?
 We will gladly refund ANY item that we have in stock up to 
				14 
                    days (2 weeks).  Please do not expect a refund of any 
				kind after this time period unless you have an agreement with a 
				staff member prior to your order. In the event we have to order your item from 
                    Lamborghini or from another manufacture (special order) there are NO refunds.  
				There are no exceptions.  This is simply 
                    because Lamborghini does not allow returns. If you order 
				a part using a part number you look up or happen to find, you 
				will need to verify Lamborghini's part number as we are not 
				responsible for the "wrong" item ordered if it is the wrong 
				part. On all in stock refunds there IS a 10% restocking fee 
                    and shipping is not refunded. The item must also be in NEW 
                    and resalable condition. We do not refund shipping unless 
				the wrong part was shipped to you. If you are requesting a 
				refund, approval should be obtained before you ship the item 
				back, and you are responsible for shipping and making sure that 
				the item is packaged properly to meet shipping guidelines and 
				insurance on the item should be purchased. Used parts are sold 
				AS IS, and are not returnable, if you have specific 
				questions on used parts before purchasing, please email or call 
				us prior to purchasing, as we will under no circumstances issue 
				refunds on used parts.
 What if items are missing or 
				damaged?For damaged shipments, please notify us IMMEDIATELY, so 
				we can start the claims process with the courier. We have 48 
				hours to notify them of damage. If you are missing an item from 
				your order, and there is no damage, you have 24 hours after 
				delivery, to inform 
				us of this, so we can verify inventory quantities and check 
				lists, and get your item on its way to you. It is very important 
				that you unpack and check all your items within 24 hours of 
				receiving so you know if there are any damages or problems with 
				the order so you can notify us. We will try to have a 
				replacement part on its way to you in as quick a fashion as we 
				can. If it is a special order part, we will have to re-order it 
				from the factory.
 Can I 
					get help after normal US 
					 business hours?We serve countries as far West as Japan and we do operate 
					many hours after 9am-5pm EST via email or by calling and leaving 
					a voicemail, 937-912-4234.
 
 What forms of payment can I use?
 We accept all major credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American 
					Express and Discover.  
					We also accept PayPal (www.paypal.com)  
					and cashier's checks and some PO's from approved companies.   
					Orders over $4000 may require a wire 
					bank transfer, especially if it is your first order with us.  ALL international 
					orders over $1000 require a Bank Wired 
					transfer before we place an order. Sorry we do NOT accept 
					cashier's checks from other countries. When accepting US 
					Cashiers checks and money orders, there may be a clearance 
					delay before your products ship.
 
 How much do you stock?
 We have arguably the largest in stock inventory of 
					Lamborghini Parts in the world. We try to make sure 
					all common replacement items for as many years and models as 
					possible are in stock. We also have some used and NLA parts 
					in stock as well as parts we have obtained from various buy 
					outs.
 
 What is your pricing policy?
 Any items that are in stock and are sold and shipped have 
                    up-to-date pricing on the website.  Any parts that are 
                    ordered are subject to change ANYTIME since Lamborghini will often 
                    change their prices without notification.  In the event 
                    your part arrives and is more than the advertised price on the website 
                    you will have the option to cancel your order.  This is 
                    rare that our pricing changes, however if it does it is not 
                    because we are looking for more money, it is simply because 
                    it has cost us more to order the part.  Some items may 
                    be heavy and could also adversely affect your final shipping 
                    amount.  Currently shipping is calculated based on the 
                    price.  We will contact you if the shipping is more 
                    than the invoiced amount.
 Who do you ship through?For all North & South America Shipments that do not require a 
				crate or special assistance, we ship via UPS. If you would 
				prefer another courier, you will have to arrange pickup 
				yourself. For heavy weight or oversized orders, we will ship DB 
				Schenker or FeDEX.  Overseas 
				customers we ship once a week via USPS as these are hand 
				carried to the USPS office for proper customs paperwork. There 
				is a $8 handling fee for this service. For heavy weight or 
				oversized orders, we will ship DB Schneker.  If 
				you would prefer another courier, you will have to arrange 
				pickup yourself. ALL orders using credit card or paypal MUST 
				have a tracking number.  Sorry but there are NO exceptions. 
				If there is a charge back on your card this is our only proof 
				your order was shipped/delivered.
 
				What parts Can't I buy from 
				Lambostuff or Lamborghini?Lambostuff does not order or sell, Tires, Oil, Fluids of any 
				kind, Chemicals, Paint (of any kind) or Batteries normally but 
				currently we do have some stock from a buyout. You can 
				obtain these items locally or from a local automotive 
				distributor. These are Hazmat items and we simply will not ship 
				these items to you outside the United States, unless you arrange 
				shipping. We will ship airbags, however there is a 
				$100 hazmat fee plus any additional insurance required.
